Is pricing per-feature?
No. Each plan has a flat monthly price per technician seat, not a separate charge for each feature. The features listed under your plan are included in that seat price. Feature availability differs between Starter, Growth, and Scale, so choose the plan that covers what your team needs.
How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on your team size and how many records you need to enter. Start by adding your technicians and their trades, your customers, and your first jobs. There is no fixed setup-time guarantee. Scale includes dedicated onboarding if you need help getting started.
Do I need to configure every feature before my first job?
No. You can start with technician profiles, customer records, and jobs, then use the dispatch board. Add inventory and invoicing when you are ready and your plan includes them. You do not have to set up every module before scheduling your first job.
Can I override the AI?
You control whether to use AI assignment: review the ranked technicians, then decide whether to click Auto-Assign Top Match. Manual selection or reassignment to a different technician is not currently available in the app.
What data do you store?
TradePilot stores company and account details, customer contact information and service addresses, technician profiles and location coordinates, job and scheduling records, inventory, invoices, and subscription information. Card payments are handled by Stripe; TradePilot does not store full card numbers.
How do I get help if something goes wrong?
Use the contact form below to email your question to the TradePilot team. Starter includes email support, Growth includes priority support, and Scale includes dedicated onboarding. There is no published guaranteed response time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Use Manage Billing on the app’s Billing page to open Stripe’s billing portal and cancel your subscription. Canceling does not delete your stored records. Access to paid tools ends when your subscription becomes inactive.
